Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If you feel your gambling is no longer under control, support is available.
SirBetAlot offers several tools to help you manage your play:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account. - Loss limits: Restrict how much you can lose over a chosen period. - Session time limits: Decide how long you can stay logged in during a single session. - Reality checks: Receive pop-up reminders at intervals you choose, showing your session duration and net win or loss. - Cooling-off periods: Take a break from 24 hours up to six weeks. Your account will be fully locked during this time. - Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself for a minimum of six months. This cannot be reversed early.
All limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day waiting period to allow time for reflection.
Signs that gambling may be becoming a problem include chasing losses, lying about how much you’ve spent, or gambling to escape stress. These are common and nothing to be ashamed of. But they do mean it’s time to seek help.
Free, confidential support is available through the Gambling Helpline. Their trained counsellors offer phone, text, and online chat services. You can also use Net Nanny or similar software to block gambling sites on shared devices at home.
Accounts are strictly for people aged 18 and over. We verify age and identity during registration. If we suspect underage access, we will suspend the account and investigate.
Account and Game Terms
Only one account per person is allowed. You must be physically located in New Zealand and meet the legal age requirement to register.
Before your first withdrawal, we will ask for documents to confirm your identity, address, and payment method. This is standard practice to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Bonuses come with conditions. Most require you to wager a multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings. Not all games contribute equally toward this requirement. Check the specific terms for each offer. Bonuses expire if unused within the stated period, and maximum cashouts may apply. Attempting to abuse bonus terms, such as by creating multiple accounts or using bots, will result in forfeiture of the offer and possible account closure.
Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may incur a monthly dormancy fee after written notice. We will contact you before applying any charge.
You agree not to collude with other players, use automated software, reverse payments via chargebacks without valid reason, or attempt to exploit game errors. Such actions breach our terms and may lead to account termination.
If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If unresolved within eight weeks, you may escalate the matter to the Department of Internal Affairs, which oversees remote interactive gambling in New Zealand.
We may update these rules occasionally. Significant changes will be notified via email or site banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
Privacy and Data Use
We collect several types of information:
- Identity and contact details: To open and verify your account. - Payment information: To process deposits and withdrawals securely. - Technical and usage data: Including IP address, device type, and gameplay logs. To detect fraud, ensure fair play, and improve site performance.
We process your data because it is necessary to run our service, comply with legal obligations (such as anti-money laundering laws), and pursue legitimate business interests like preventing underage gambling.
Your data is shared only with trusted partners: payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulators when required by law. We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing.
Records are kept for five years after account closure, as required by New Zealand law.
You have the right to request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, ask for deletion (where no legal reason prevents it), transfer your data elsewhere, or object to certain processing. Contact our data protection representative through the support portal to exercise these rights.
Our site uses cookies. Essential cookies keep you logged in and secure. Analytics cookies help us understand site traffic. Marketing cookies (which you can opt out of) enable personalised ads. You can manage preferences via the cookie banner on your first visit.
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted. Access to personal information is restricted to staff who need it for their role.
Fair Play and Compliance
SirBetAlot operates under strict regulatory standards. All games use certified random number generators to ensure outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Game payouts and return-to-player percentages are tested regularly by independent labs.
We monitor gameplay for unusual patterns that might indicate cheating or system abuse. Any confirmed breach will result in immediate action, including confiscation of winnings and reporting to authorities where necessary.
You must use your own payment methods and provide truthful information at all times. False declarations during verification may lead to permanent exclusion.
If you suspect a game error, stop playing and report it right away. Do not continue betting while an issue is under review.
